Of
course, just if you have problems seeing it doesn't necessarily mean
that you need this surgery. If you think you need surgery then you will
need to contact a medical professional to get a checkup.

Re: Better than Barefoot: My Review of the Vibram Fivefingers KSO

This could be a great gift to my father because he loves running a lot. Usually smaller class sizes, better relationships with your classmates ( you know everyone). In small towns, everyone looks out for everyone else. If someone gets sick, we have benefits to help cover medical bills. Also, about the schools, we don't have to wait to talk to the teacher about our kids. We can just show up and talk or see them at church on sunday. Small town living the way to go.

Re: Better than Barefoot: My Review of the Vibram Fivefingers KSO

i like five finger vibrams better ,five figner vibrams makes the toe boxes on their feet nice and wide, and you will see your calves and bare feet in the process of your running which is the best way to train your muscles of feet and legs.let's go to five finger vibrams to have a pair to have a try,Trust me that you will feel very satisfied.

Re: The Best Toothpaste in The World (Yours Sucks)

Can't really argue with that. According to a dental website, baking soda is a natural teeth whitener! My dentist in Libertyville suggested this as a cheap, alternative for one of those whitening pens and it's very effective!

Re: The Best Deoderant on Earth (Your Deoderant Sucks!)

I.... have a fleeting suspicion this is extremely fake. Baking soda does work as an amazing deodorant and toothpaste- if placed within a suspension of some kind. Baking soda being extremely basic can interfere with natural acids in the body and cause clogged pores and ingrown hairs, it's usually best to add a soothing suspension to keep it from being too gritty. Same with toothpaste too much abrasion equals exposed nerves and being too basic prevents acidic saliva enzymes from breaking down starches correctly. It sounds like a commercial plug for a specific brand name baking soda.

"Aluminum is a man-made ingredient" being a specifically ignorant of chemistry quote.

The worst thing for a company is a well educated customer, and being well educated means asking questions till you get to the answers.

By all means if this works for you without harmful effects than use it. I however had serious breakouts and burning sensations after using pure baking soda (aluminum free) and would never let it touch my teeth.
If you have trouble with your deodorant try different ingredients, like alcohol free, aluminum free and so forth. I've used Chanels alcohol containing deodorant for a while and besides the burning feeling in the beginning, I do stay odor-less for a long period.

Re: Movie The Blind Side is Great and So is My Wife Ashley

This is so interested! So we decided to try your other advice and we have been amazed. I have been using nothing but Baking Soda for deodorant for over a month now and its been amazing. I am a big guy (thats a nice way of saying I am overweight) and I have had no problems with BO since starting with Baking Soda. Even with regular deodorant I would be a little smelly by the end of the day. This stuff. Nothing.

Re: The Best Toothpaste in The World (Yours Sucks)

Sarah and I have been trying this for a few weeks and we are convinced its far better. I guess I got a little ambitious when I first tried it and gave myself a rash but have had no problems when adding water. I just put the powder in my hand then add water mix and apply. It works great both ways, dry or wet. I have also tested it with long sweaty work outs and it still works like a charm. Amazing! You're right, it smells like nothing. It's a little strange to have no smell at all.

What else do you use this stuff for? Mouthwash?

Re: How to build rapport and build relationships

Hey Jason, I enjoyed your blog. I feel so proud!

If you are using the brand I recommended it is pretty soft stuff... I put it on dry as powder by putting it on my hand and then patting it into my armpits. I wouldn't store the stuff wet, because I use it for other things as well and want it to stay powerful. Just rub a little powder on, a small amount does it. I just did a sweaty, weight-lifting workout at the end of a long hot day of working in my office with a crappy old air conditioner and I still smell like, well... nothing.

Re: The Best Deoderant on Earth (Your Deoderant Sucks!)

I just had to try this and it really works! Thanks for the tip...I found that mixing the powder with a little bit of water helps so you don't have to use as much and it makes it less abrasive.
